Booking Policy

A $10 deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied to your balance. If you are more than 15 mins late to your appointment the $10 deposit will automatically be assessed as a late free; and no longer applied to your service balance.   

No Call/No Shows will automatically be charge 1/2 the amount of the service book without an 24 hour reschedule/cancellation notice.  

Please note that “Saturday Appointments” are for Mobile Appointments or Appointments at Lash Addictz in Bedford Hts.

You must be 18yrs or older to book appointment; if you still book and disregard this policy notice your appointment will be canceled and deposit will not be refunded. If you provide false information the parent/guardian and the minor will be block from booking future appointments.
